All-New Stylish 1BR in Bustling Business District

I thought that the communication between the property Management Team and myself was excellent! They helped me take care Positive: I loved the location. I thought it was very centrally located easy access in and out grabbing an Uber walking everywhere super easy to navigate from the apartment. Negative: I think that this management team over sold the apartments! My apartment specifically was not brand new. There were floors that were obviously had prior flood damage. Floor pieces coming off of floors which are a trip/fall hazard wallpaper coming off the walls. The bathroom had hair left from the prior tenant. There was also a very strong perfume smell when I entered the apartment that I was not happy with, but once I opened all the doors and windows it was fine.

Completely disapointed Positive: I like the location of the property Negative: The apartment looks very bad with deteriorated floor, no min products for cleaning in the kitchen. The bed is broken, I signaled this to the staff but nothing happens. Uncomfortable sleeping in that conditions.

Good location, broken bed and no help from the host Negative: - The bed was broken, and could not be used. Guests had to sleep on the couch. Contacted the staff and sent pictures but got no reply or help. Terrible customer support. I did not want any reimbursement or discounts, but at least a sorry for your troubles or a message. - No soap in the bathroom - No iron (although it says in the description you have one)

great location, small but cute apartment, fully equipped and comfortable
