Brand-New 1BR Apartment in Vibrant Business Area

Good location, broken bed and no help from the host Negative: - The bed was broken, and could not be used. Guests had to sleep on the couch. Contacted the staff and sent pictures but got no reply or help. Terrible customer support. I did not want any reimbursement or discounts, but at least a sorry for your troubles or a message. - No soap in the bathroom - No iron (although it says in the description you have one)

Overall, I had a good experience and would consider returning, especially if a few of these small improvements were addr Positive: The property is in an excellent location and was very clean and well-maintained. Access was straightforward, with clear instructions provided, and communication with the owner was smooth and efficient throughout my stay. Negative: A few small improvements could enhance the experience. Kitchen towels were not provided, and only one roll of toilet paper was supplied, which may not be sufficient for more than one guest. The bathroom lighting is quite dim at night, particularly when using the shower. A spare duvet or additional bedding would have been appreciated for comfort. Additionally, the heating system appears to be on a timer and set to a lower temperature, which made the property feel quite cool during colder nights and was somewhat difficult to manage
