Zero customer service. Rules, paperwork and problems.
Positive: Nothing
Negative: Whoever manages that property is a bureaucrat. Zero customer service. They reply like robots. The place is tasteless Ikea-themed. Internet is slow. The balcony is enclosed. Also, it is extremely taxing to deal with them. Paperwork and requirements that other properties nearby did not require (we left after 1 day to a much better and cheaper property in the Old City proper).
