Old Town Comfort: Relaxing 1BR Apartment

Noisy Positive: Clean, modern and good communication via staff. Negative: DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SLEEP. The location couldn’t have been more central, which is exactly why I booked it – I wanted to be close to everything. However, I’m going home extremely sleep deprived. The apartment is directly opposite several clubs that play very loud music until 7am. When I woke up for a day trip, the music was still going and there were police outside. It genuinely feels like there’s a boom box in the room. I think it’s more than just “not suitable for light sleepers” – even my friend, who can usually sleep anywhere, really struggled with the noise. While it may be mentioned in the description, it isn’t made very clear. It’s a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location, but the noise at night was unbearable. I’ve definitely learned not to stay in the old town again! 😅
