Great stay in a spacious apartment. Positive: Great communication for check-in. Apartment was perfect for our needs-really spacious and terrace was fantastic. Kitchen area basic but manageable. 15 minutes from the old city but so cost effective using Ubers. Would absolutely here again. Negative: Kitchen very basic.

The lectronic lock stopped working, so my belongings were locked inside and I had nowhere to sleep. Positive: The two days of staying in the apartment were quite alright, despite the cockroaches. Negative: On the third evening the electronic lock stopped working. There was no physical key to the room, so my belongings were locked inside and I had nowhere to sleep. Customer support did not respond to messages or calls and blamed me for entering the code incorrectly.

Positive: Loved the apartment layout and the large balcony! Also very glad it had a functioning kitchen and aircondition. Negative: We felt that 1 towel each for 4 days was not enough, and we were only offered fresh clean towels at a price of 10euros because our stay was not long enough for free clean towels. We disagree, because when its 30 degrees and we shower multiple times a day, 4 days is enough to want fresh clean towels.
