Timeless Elegance: Studio in the Heart of Old Town

Positive: Excellent location

It’s normal stay for short period of time ( but better to be safe as well) Positive: It was clean apartment , hosts were always online to help and that was very comfortable Negative: The water power is very slow and showering was not that comfortable, the toilet and bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. The street is not safe especially if you are solo female traveler. Also, as it is in the center whole night long, as the music is very loud all the nights. you have to close the windows which is disturbing because then you have to keep the AC whole night long.

Negative: The central location of the accommodation in the heart of the Old Town was the only positive aspect of our stay. Unfortunately, this advantage was completely overshadowed by serious organizational and technical problems. Upon our arrival, the access code for the third entrance door was incorrect. Despite contacting the host several times, we received no useful assistance and were only able to enter the building because another guest gave us the correct access code. An even more serious issue occurred on the first night. At around 10:00 p.m., one of the booked rooms suddenly became inaccessible because the battery of the electronic door lock had run out. The room could not be accessed until approximately 10:00 a.m. the following morning. The guests assigned to that room had no access to their luggage or personal belongings and were forced to sleep on the floor in the other rooms. Fortunately, we had booked four rooms in total. There was no emergency support or on-site assistance available. Instead of sending someone immediately to resolve the issue, we were repeatedly asked to provide photos and videos, even though we had explained several times that the keypad on the lock was completely unresponsive. Only the next morning was it confirmed that the battery in the smart lock needed to be replaced. After our stay, we requested reasonable compensation. Although we submitted all requested evidence, including a video of the malfunctioning lock, we were repeatedly told over the course of several weeks that the case was still "under review." To this day, no solution has been offered and no compensation has been provided. What was particularly disappointing was that, shortly after our departure, we were repeatedly asked to leave a 10/10 review, while our legitimate complaint regarding the defects and compensation was never properly addressed. Overall, the excellent location cannot make up for the poor service and access issues.
