Positive: Location
Negative: TV only works on streaming, no cable service
WiFi connection not always reliable so streaming does not work either
Bugs on the floor
Blinds are old and stiff
No coffee or tea, although there is a coffee machine . Would have been nice to have one or two capsules
One can hear all the cars and the noise from main boulevard.
