Poor customer support
Positive: The location and place is good.
Negative: This is a company not a host. Took a long time to provide me with their GDPR policy adherence. I asked for it because they ask for the IDs in an email. I was supposed to checkin at 3pm and got the procedure at 9pm.. by then I had already selected another property. Too bad for the place but I will never use these guys again ever.
