An Almost Perfect Room and Hotel in the hands of poor management Positive: I will explain my rating, because it may seem strange but overall feeling left a deep disappointment and irritation. At first, it seemed strange that there was minimal communication before arrival until the last moment which made me worried that account is fictive (had encountered before in booking.com). But everything was surprisingly good here, especially self check-in system, completely new building, the atmosphere at the entrance, the folk corridor and the room decorated in a truly traditionally modern style in a reference format. But when I came again for the 1st night for peace and sleep at around 10 PM, the situation in terms of noise, disturbance and inconvenience levels heated up. (It should be noted that even before arrival, when sending the room details, I answered, making sure for myself with questions and clarifications, whether my room would be as far away as possible from the elevator, hallways, and street - to which I was told not to worry that "every room is good bla bla bla". Moreover, when I arrived in the evening - it was clearly visible that out of at least 9 rooms, most were free. But at that moment I still trusted the host's statements) Slowly my worst fantasies started to come true: the restaurant, which was right next to and under my room, at the top of the stairs with outdoor tables, continued to make loud noises until closing time (this evening12 AM, but I saw that the next would be even until 2 AM) - well, I decided to wait until closing time and postpone my sleep. ... The guests dispersed from the tables and the music and other noises also slowly died down. HOWEVER, the cafe staff continued to loudly sort and throw the washed dishes and knives and forks that had been collected into boxes or drawers on shelves for almost a full hour, which was even louder than before. Negative: ..so, having optimistically waited for about 1 AM, I tried to fall asleep, which as a result of all this, I managed to do well after an hour. I accepted the idea that the restaurant would not be open in the morning and I would sleep for a couple of hours longer. Morning comes soon after 7 AM - I wake up to the sound of brick sawing and construction booms right behind my room wall and closed window. Some noises are also coming from above. Angry that the promised night's peace and quiet were not only not respected, but even reminded me of a horror movie in 2 acts, emotionally charged, restless and sleepless, I explained the situation in detail through a letter to the host. With a request, an offer to refund me at least the next night's paid money, because I should at least get some sleep the next night somewhere else. In return, I receive a short question: - is this blackmailing? and then a small "sorry", this is our policies ... bla bla and that these circumstances do not depend on the hotel.. If YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT THE WELLBEING OF YOUR GUESTS - I understand that it can be a little noisy from the cafe (and also - you need to think about and discuss the use of the common facilities so that everyone is more comfortable, you need to isolate the sound additionally, and other solutions), but what happened in the morning - with the uncoordinated patio repair work and the destruction from at least 6+ workers ... if YOU ARE THE OWNER that is not urgent or an accident) - you are obliged to coordinate it at a daytime. Elsewhere, it is even written in the rooms, hallways, that guests should not even talk loudly, respect the peace of others, etc.

Negative: It was a hot summer’s night and the AC does not work properly. It does not blow cold air out. We found it very hard to sleep.

Recommand Positive: Very nice. My wife was impressed by the design. We required 2 duvets and the host arranged this imeddiately. You dont have key, you have a code. I travel a lot and I can say that was a very warm welcome here and the organization impressed me. The staff was helpful and i get fast answers. Nice overall.

Speechless location:) Positive: I didn't think i cohld fall in love with a vacation location so much..the host answered the 1000 questions i asked ( it was my first time in Romania), guided me and even send me recommendations. Everything was perfecf, organized, beautiful, very clean.
