WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND Positive: . Negative: DOCUMENTS REQUIRED ? Why ? First of all after the reservation and payment was done , they asked for the documents which is not an usual thing to ask for Booking . We weren’t able to cancel the reservation even tho we just booked and paid it . At the arrival to the property, the code of the door was not working so we called them . The locker was having an issue and had to wait half hour outside the door to wait for them to fix it which was not pleasant at well .and I have to mention that they asked us to find a stew to open the lock and fix it by ourselves . After this , they reset the door code 3 time and still didn’t worked …. They opened by their system so we can enter and guess what? After 12am their phone service was closing so If we needed something we should wait until the next day . In the property we didn’t had the basic stuff such as at least a Coffe machine , not enough toilet paper , no trash bags ( we had to leave the trash in the house ) …… The AC was not working and we has to sleep for 2 days in the heat …. So yes . VERY BAD EXPERIENCE .

Great experience! Positive: We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the apartment and the complex facilities, especially the pool. Everything was pleasant and relaxing, and we had a great experience overall. We will definitely be coming back!😇 Negative: -
